We have just repaired a severly damaged Nissan Note, bonnet and roof, taking out the dents and re-spraying, total cost 800 TL |

| I think there are loads of damaged cars on the road including mine. I was told the government were funding damages 50/50 with the insurance companies but not looked into it as it sounds too good to be true... Anyone know? |

| Not correct, Steve has told me that cars insured through him are covered for hailstone damage. |

| Check with your Insurance Companies some are paying out and some are not. I am one of the lucky ones my Insurance Company is paying for the damage.
Yes it is true the Government are paying out for the damage, any damage that was caused by the Hailstorm not just cars. You had to get forms from the municipalety and various signatures same old proceedure when you have to do anything over here. Know of plenty of locals that have applied but dont know if any English have put it to the test.
It was an expensive day for me, my car looks like a pepper pot, lost a Solar Panel and also it shredded my Internet Cable so was without the Internet for a week. Thank God he only stikes once a year. |
