It has only been a week since I had a technician out to fix the Digiturk and it now seems the same problem has re-occurred, there is no answer when you try and ring them which means another trip to the office...is anyone else having problems?

I didn't have it at about 8.30am but then it came back. If there are storms around somewhere it seems to affect the signal terribly but it usually sorts itself out.

It's so annoying, last Saturday I had to make a trip to the office and then wait in for a technician to call and now just a week later the same thing has happened. I haven't got the time to call at the office today so it will have to wait till Monday..no TV for the week-end..what can one do???

i am always having problems with it freezing or not coming on at all, i find that disconnecting the electric supply to the box works every time and then its right as rain. i don't think you can get through on Saturdays on the phone as i tried before when it wasn't working. if your problem sounds the same as mine just try the disconnecting technique and see if it works for you

well well well digiturk been back on now for about an hour with no problems...seems to have sorted itself out...lets hope!
