A guy was going to a wedding and decided to go and get measured up for a new suit.

So off he goes to the tailors, and once the guy had measured all his bit and bobs, he said to the tailor " what size am I" . The tailor replied " you are a size D".

Very confused the guy said, excuse me, but is that a new type of measurement?, ive heard of ft and inches, cm etc, but never heard of a mark D, can you explain what that is, he said.

The tailor replied,well off course Sir .

A "Mark D" is one size down from a "MARQUEE"
