Did anyone go to the opening of The Lanterns yesterday at Karaagac? If so what did you think to these villas? They do appear to be a quality built by London Cyprus Homes, different in design and in a beautiful location.......£150.000 upwards. Worth a visit to look at the three showhomes if you are out that way. Crofter

Head for the golf club and carry on until you come to the sign post on the right for KARAAGAC. Follow the road up and you will see the site on your left. There are boards advertising The Lanterns for several miles before the turn off. Very easy to find.

I am not an agent just a property advisor, but can tell you they are on safe esdeger land, as most of Esentepe /Karaagaac is, and using a UK based / english speaking company makes life a lot easier if you are living in the UK.

I am an agent for this site but I have to say it is one of the nicest sites I have seen in a long time and the little touches they have added make all the difference. Only problem is you will want to have all the extras after seeing how nice the show homes look!!!

Hi just read your blog on your friends purchasing a villa on the Lantern development, we are possibily looking to purchase too, which did your friends buy, we were looking at the Emerald but there were downsides as to where to put additiional ac's as you need in the summer, also re heating in the winter, as in Emerald they just put a wood burner. Are your friends living there now? Looking forward to your response!!

The Lanterns is a lovely site and great design.can not believe the " extras " to add to the price. No central heating, one a/c unit and no solar panels With other property in this price range, these fittings come as standard.

If you have fly screens fitted you do not necessary need to have A.C. units fitted. We sleep very comfortably at night throughout the hottest months of the year without using the A.C. Fly screens are a much cheaper option all round.

I am in disucssion re a property at the Lanterns, they can put addiitonal air con units on the roof top on the model I am looking at. There is space on the roof area which is partly hidden,, not sure if all properties can offer that option.
