Very brief this week. The Talenetless Two are through again! The sing off was between Jamie and Lloyd. We have reached deadlock. It's the viewers' votes that count and - the decision is - LLoyd is staying.

I sincerely hope this does not offend anyone - I, personally, do not like the programme. However, Simon Cowell's face is a picture - mainly that of $$$$ signs in his eyes.

Never mind folks - you all have a treat coming next week - Mariah Carey and Susan Boyle as guest stars

The judges are Simon, Cheryl Cole (of Girls Aloud) Danii Minogue and Louis (forget his name)

Sharon Osborne is on the panel of America's Got Talent along with Piers Morgan as I saw on MTV

chanel whilst over in Turtle Bay. Sharon has apparently been very nasty about Susan Boyle and had

to make a grovelling apology for her cheap laugh at Susan's appearance. All very sad, but it is

rather compulsive viewingl. The twins were very good last week and they are likeable and entertaining

plus they don't give a .. what Simon says about them. Good Irish boys!

Thanks for keeping us up to date, Jeannie. Am particularly interested this year as we went to the Manchester live auditions and it was a tremendous atmosphere. I have, however, lost track as to who is still in the running - obviously Jedward and Lloyd, but who else still has a chance?

That Lloyd was out of tune in the sing off bit. I watched it for the first time last night - to see what all the fuss about the pineapple head was about. Queen were good!

I prefer Strictly, as at least the panel give constructive crits. - for the most part.

Miss Arlene though, used to learn dancing with her ages when we were young (ages ago!)

Although I do a 'round up' of X Factor results on a Sunday, I have to say I never, ever, miss Strictly on a Saturday and don't, in fact, watch X Factor apart from the results. I love Strictly and get quite depressed when the series comes to a close.

PS He'll hate me for saying this, but Paul is as bad (worse, in fact). It's getting worrying now - he's started to sound like Len Goodman - using the technical terms for the various moves, etc.

X factor is compulsive viewing and I miss it. Going home next week and will see it to the final - Can't wait. Love strictly but only watch it until X Factor comes on. Joe has got to win his voice is so musical.

Joe, Stacey and Olly are through to the final next week.

I have loved Olly all the way through, but I do not think he should have got through on last nights performance.

Joe was just fantastic again

Danyl should be in the final three, but Cheryl Cole did all she could to destroy him in the public eye, and seemingly was successful, she was unnecessarily derogatory and unpleasant many times. It was interesting that Louis (sp)? also thought he should be in the top three. I can't stand her Cheryl Cole - never could - nad her lack of constructive criticism as regards Danyl merely confirmed it. Why oh why does Stacey talk like a three year old? How can she sing in such a mature manner, yet when speaking, put on such a puerile, breathy act (It HAS to be an act - after all, she is a mother and someone MUST have said, talk like an adult to her - MUST have). Wanted to shave Jamie Afro's hair off, what a prat - and no better a singer than most other folk, Lloyd had a good voice, but not strong enough, he would do well in a group - Olly needs to remember the feelings of others and Joe will doubtless win - teeth like piano keys.....
