It may be better to call the shop where you bought it, they are more likely to have the right parts?

I was told yesterday that the shop opposite Green Petrol station in Alsancak does repairs to household appliances. If you have any luck please put a posting on here.

On the lapta road opposite k-pet petrol station there is a shop with wireless internet on the window, go in there they do all sorts of repairs, let us know if you have any luck as I haven't personally used the place.

Haypem are very good, reliable and reasonably priced. They do washing machines, dishwashers, TVs etc. The only thing that they don't do is fridges and freezers.

A friend also has wireless internet through them and they are very cheap for that - 60TL a month for 1MB. She has had this for several months now and the speeds have been very consistent.
