Can anyone tell me where best to connect to the internet (WIFi). Preferably close to Esentepe but nearest place would help.

Try the Estentepe Villa Hotel (I think it's called) on the hill going up into the village on the left.

I have been getting wifi from extend which comes off the merit hotel in Alsancak, although I pay 29ytl pm for a code number, it is very good and rarely goes off. You can also get it from the Deniz Kizi Hotel and Celebrity in Lapta.

I did look at their web site but it seems you need a Standard Installation (hardware) and then a monthly subscription of at least 86YTL per month.

Do you have something different?



I will be in a house in Karsiyaka for June and September.

Can you get deals where you pay for a month at a time?

Bar 11 have a wifi connection a new internet cafe has just been finished with all new pc's and furniture and they dont let young kids use it i belive you have to join there membership scheme and you recieve a membership card and your own key to get in and you can use it 24/7 i also believe they are waiting for delevery of computor stuff ink cartridges etc i have just paid 50ytl for a black printer cartridge which is crazy when i can get the same thing in the uk for £7

you must have been mistaken about the price 50ytl is about 20 pounds!!! so when " just paid" if it is cheaper in england - unless i don't understand !
