Hello Wyn,



Glad to hear that you are back on track and hope the your home is completed on time now.



I had Raif Hassan from Troy lake contact me on Monday re Othello II and had a good long chat. He was apologetic for the delays in getting the project underway and is confident the new contractors have a good reputation and thing's will get back on track soon.



I discussed the concerns that a couple of others had with rumours/issues and he gave me answers to all my questions. He is concerned that his company has had some bad comments and he feels that it has unjustly caused some damage to the company and its good name.



For now I am happy t o wait for our Villa to be started and hopefully finished within the timesacale that will be agreed with the new contractor. Albeit late Mr Hassain has promised to give us a Villa t o be proud of.



Unlike a lot of others Troy Lake are still there and have not taken the money and ran,



I would advise people t o contact the company if they have any queries or concerns t o avoid any mistruths etc.

Somewhat unfairly, if these guys (the builders) just told us what was going on, it would solve all the anxiety. Most of them are OK guys, but bloody hell their PR is crap.



I have a Type A personality. I have not enjoyed a mediterranean diet! I could keel over at any moment. Its all the black pudding. DO THESE BUILDERS HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE WORKING MAN?

Here we go again! E mails ignored .£104,000 of my cash in his bank account,since last

October and no information as to what is going on .Request for a meeting ignored! Partner

fall out, and gone. Now Civl Engineer running our site left company.
