Sheila I had a really bad day yesterday and I didnt get any sleep last night, I have been back to bed but still feel rough. Kev says it cos I stopped my hrt but he has to blame me cos it couldnt be him lol.

I did wean off of them and am having no side effects other than a little hot in bed at night..(be good..no naughty thoughts) lol, but if the full blown symptons return I shall take them again.
