Pre Launch Copy of 'Tastes from Cyprus' Recipe Book

Yesterday, I took copy of the pre launch book 'Tastes from Cyprus' (official launch date 4th December) so here's a quick crit; A well bound hardback with a 'string' tag page indicator (all cookbooks should have one) in English and Turkish with good definition in the colour photographs. Easy to follow instructions in the recipe preparations with good 'indexed and chaptered' food types. At 35TL (£14) on par with any new cookbook in the UK, it would make an excellent Christmas present, stocking filler or general reference book.

PS The only reason I managed to get an early copy is that I leave 5th December. This is an unbiased review having no knowledge of any of the authors.

Having now fully read the book my observation to you is that even an ignoramus in the kitchen will be able to conjure up a more than acceptable dish, especially for your harem of mermaids you constantly entertain in your bright, sparkling blue pool!
