I generally get my eggs from Lemar, in the cardboard cartons, as the colour and taste is better than most, but does anyone know of a free range supplier of both eggs and chickens?

Free range eggs are available from Maureen at the Carpenters Friday market and she also will be able to point you in the right direction re-free range chickens. She is also a member of this board so hopefully she will see this thread and respond. AJ

Yes, we do sell our free range eggs at The Friday Carpenters Market. At the moment we are fully subscribed for orders as the chickens are not laying as well as normal. If you want free range chickens for the crock pot we do have some available. Call me on 0542 8544329. Maureen.

Bought a Goose from Hamsel at the pork shop last year and very good it was too! Unfortunately he breeds his pigs too lean for good crackling but the pork meat is fine. Richard
