Hello , I am buying an apartment and have now been waiting 5 weeks for my contract to be returned from the land registry to my solicitor after paying the new stamp duty. Has any one else had a long wait or received their contracts back from the land registry for phase 2.

Also has any one any idea when completion will really take place.

Hi stuparks and welcome to the forum, we are also buying on phase 2 we paid our stamp duty straight after signing our contract so just had to have the contract registered which we did through our advocate and everything came back ok with that.



With regards to completion its anyone's guess, but we have been told it could be has soon as end of this month !
