Loquat, my favourite, evergreen, scented flowers, and lots of lovely juicey plum like, sweet fruit! the perfect tree!! No mess, no pruning, and 100% suitable for Cyprus - even tolorates sea breeze!

I've got a 25 foot palm tree (Pandanus type), which is too close to the power lines and needs to come out - bring your JCB and she's yours!

What about a pepper tree great in all weather especially over here, we have loads and they look great

How about a Mulberry tree. Lovely glossy green leaves in a weeping style with juicy red fruit in the Summer.
