Chris I agree with you regarding the Tervetolou great food, but with liver and onions you are supposed to have mash and when I asked them they replied oh it has to go with rice or chips, how simple is it to mash a few potatoes who wants rice all the time so I changed my mind.

Zeciki's in Lapta do their liver and onions with bacon and lots of gravy, you also have a choice of new potatoes, cauli and carrots cooked just right (not soggy)or chips. Price 16tl very delicious......

Sevkets in Lapta does lovely liver and onions. If you want mash it is best to ask in advance otherwise you will have to wait for it to be cooked.

Zeki's - coming from Girne it is on the left hand side of the main road, just after the Sempati (which is on your right), almost in between Lapta and Karsiyaka.
