| It's two weeks now since massive disruption to programming started on Dopi TV. It's also now six days after Dopi promised in a text message that all would be well between 2 - 5 days. The system is still totally chaotic, on for 2 or 3 minutes, off for 10. Unless they have a rational explanation for this and an immediate solution it would seem their business is doomed. |

| Spot on -really disappointed with the whole situation and lack of information from Dopi. Have a feeling this is all about money and is not related to technical problems.Think someone else is pulling Dopi's strings at our expense If they continue like this thier business will quickly go down the pan(it may be too late already)-this will be a great pity because its a good product and thier previous service was excellent. Think the next couple of days will be key to the survival of thier buisness so they need to get it sorted. Hpoe they do but I my doubts. |

| Digital Supreme have had recent problems, but i believe they have now relocated their servers and are looking to invest in more tv channels. Since they have moved their servrs, we have had excellent tv reception and the only slight freezing has been due to the weather. To be totally honest been with them over 18mths, yes have had some freezing problems, seem to have been rectified. Like most suppliers over here they are not to hot on keeping customers informed but that is because they are working things out. Have had them on my roof until midnight fixing things, and i know they also then go back to their office and update the servers etc. We get a choice of over 1800 channels, ok not interested in most of them but we do get films/news/sport/ bbc entertainment/lifestyle etc They do their best and usually solve problems fairly quickly. |
