Just out of interest can you tell me how much duty you paid when you brought your car over. I am wanting to bring mine over next year but cannot find our how much duty I will have to pay. My car is a Peugeot 206cc - it will be 5 years old in May but has only done £13,000 miles and been looked after very well so am reluctant to sell it. I think the UK value is now around £7 - 8k.

Ken The car was bought by my Son new and he brought it over, when he returned to the UK for work I took it over to sell so only ONE Owner,

All the taxes are Paid He went to a Notary and got a letter in case he wasnt back.
