so if you had your swimming pool and plants in your garden in esentepe but no place to stay in,you would pay up.forgot to mention on the 19th sept i was out there for 2 weeks this cost me 300pound to stay in somebody else,s apartment and you would still pay your maitenance from the 15th sept.

Have you had contact with other apartment owners? Which apartments are these?

Depends on what your contract states.

Billyboy is correct ,however its a double edged sword .What does your contract say about late completetion and is the person that sold you the apartment also in charge of the maintenance?.

Clayton states that his apartment is not ready. He has a perfect right not to pay any maintenance fees, quite simply he cannot use his apartment so how can he use amenities .

greylag . ''This is cyprus'' is used as an excuse once to often, it is simple if the apartment is not complete then contract has not been adhered to . It would be interesting to know if Clayton paid his final stage payment on the apartment .

Payment should only start when you take possesion of the appartment from the developer after snagging and last payment handed over, unless your brief has'nt performed which is quite likly.

Hi Clayton

So did you arrange the dividing wall as an addition ? or was it on the original pans ?
