Credit West Bank Catalkoy

We are thinking of opening a bank account, we have a holiday home in Tatlisu. Catalkoy would be the handiest place, does anyone recommend Credit West. If so, how will we be able to get in touch with an english spoken person at the bank by e-mail. Help would be appreciated

Hi we are with Creditwest in Karoglanoglou the manageress is called Figen Kaymak and she also is manager of the Catalkoy branch. She speaks perfect English. Best thing we did was change to this bank

I cannot recommend Creditwest highly enough.

We use the Karakum (Catalkoy) branch and the two girls on the customer desks (Deniz and Nesrin) speak perfect english and could not be more helpful. Tigatrading - sorry to correct your post but Deniz's e-mail address is:

Why dont you try Universal Bank Catalkoy Branch. I am the manager. Call in anytime you want and we shall solve every problem together.

Figen used to be Kumen but is now Kaymak. Their service is excellent and we would not go anywhere else.

credit west rep,

My post was in response to an earlier post saying that "Good bank but needs hole in wall"! Just thought I would let people know that they have one - notice I did not say it was working yet mind you, lol. Still a great bank even without a working hole - Turk bank just down the road had a hole for months that never worked but its Cyprus, Yarin!!!!

HSBC have one but never has money in it! Though, must say it looks the part even if doesn't deliver! It must be linked to the Government coffers!
