our washing machine decided not to work anymore on Thursday. (typical, day before long Byram holiday) we called Arcelik service centre and they took our details. they promised to call us when back at work and arrange for an engineer to come. we duly got a call on Monday morning and the engineer came about 15 mins later. as soon as we explained what was happening, he knew straight away what the problem was, despite the fact that we were having a power cut at the time. a new part was fitted (at a very reasonable cost) and we paid our money. 10 mins later the power came back on and we found the machine working perfectly. the engineer was very efficient and extremely polite. Well done Arcelik!!
