I am thinking about buying an appartment in Palm View Bay, Bahceli, was wondering if any of you have seen the sight and if you have thoughts or tips for me.

just type in Palm View in the search box at top of page and all previous posts regarding palm view will appear.

We have purchased on PalmBay, due to get keys Feb/March 2009.
So far very impressed.
Have a look under "Newbie" as there are a few of us now, some due to get keys in next few weeks. If you need any info just ask or PM me.

Strictly follow the advice on purchasing procedures on HPBG board.
Keep close contact with proposed neighbours, on this board.
Get a list of taxes and duties that are due on your purchase, and when they are payable.
Define clearly on your contract who pays for,and a maximum amount payable, for the installation of electricity and water.
Have maximum maintainance charges specified on your contract.
Get reccomendations for an advocate NOT FROM AGENTS OR THE DEVELOPERS.
CAVEAT EMPTOR but good luck, to you all.

| Many thanks for all your replies...
we have decided to go ahead with Palm View Bay.
We went out a couple of weeks ago had viewed the site... I think, was the best we saw.
Our solicitor is Terry Hamilton so will get onto him about the questions I have seen on here that need to be raised.
Mike.... where is the ''Newbie'' section you are telling me to look at??
not sure where to look
