Lynx has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the FM&Operations Managers. Responsibilities include general clerical, receptionist, project based work ie screening calls, preparing reports & financial data, customer relations & dealing with vendors. Duties include but are not limited to: Multi-tasking & coordinating admin duties, client coordination & quality control as per ISO 9001-2008,coordination of regular building maintenance staff, basic bookkeeping,database entry,customer management tracking system & improving standard operating procedures.

The following minimum qualifications are required: Proficiency in Microsoft office, internet applications & telephone/client protocol. Bookkeeping experience helpful. Excellent English verbal and written skills(Turkish helpful), good communication, problem solving and team skills.

I would be really surprised if anyone applies for this job seeing as Lynx interview people and then never let them know of the interview outcome despite several phone calls to them. I know of 3 people for 3 different jobs that have been treated like this by Lynx.

Surely if people have made the effort to send you their CV you should have the decency to reply to everyone whether you want to interview them or not. I really hate it when companies leave people wondering. Sorry but it's one of my pet hates.

can you employ folk part time ? I was told it is just as expensive so not too !
