Secretcove, there is another thread about Alan Becks (Dean Martin) on here already, people have left comments on there if you want to see. He was the act at the Children in Need Foundation Ball on Friday and it was invitation only I am afraid so possibly not so many people on this forum attended, hence why we are doing tonights peformance which was open to everyone to come. It has been a sell out so I am sure you will see feed back on here tomorrow.

Lilli Get a copy of Rat Pack good film a bit disturbing with the mobster sharing the same girlfriend as Kennedy but Dean comes out of it not too badly

Its set in the time of the Kennedy campaign and presidency songs are good as well

I have a digital copy but will not be out until the spring

sorry Lilli he was just a ore my time believe it or not !! my mum and dad (bless him) loved all that sinatra crosby cooning stuff and drove me as mad as i did them in later years ! evidentally my mum still remembers trying to watch coronation street to the sound of a very awful sounding beatles band droning from our front room but she assures me that she loved every minute ! considering my brother , 5 years my senior, was a very competent drummer they certainly went through it poor sods !! however as a musician (loosely) i do appreciate all sorts of music and performers ! however , i was at a concert last night which if it hadnt been linked to a great cause should have been drowned at birth ! although it did provide me with one of the best laughs i,ve had since being here ! I will be doing a concert when the weather improves next summer and expecting some flack on this forum as i,m very loud and need to play outside !OOPS !x

I saw the Rat Pack show recently, Deano, Frank and Sammy D Jnr. Was absolutely fantastic, thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I don't know whether this is the same chap?



They all looked so much like the real idols, and sounded just like them too.
