we had our kitchen designed and supplied by Ashapsan near the monument roundabout next to North Coast Estates Girne ! very helpful chap with a great piece of software which allows him to print many aspects of what your finished kitchen will look like in situ ! very pleased with result !

I too want a new kitchen. Ours' is cheap & cheerful builders bog standard circa 2001. I've tried Ashapsan, Ciddi Mutfak & Arcelik. It would be helpful if they priced the layouts on display, to give you an idea of the costs. Our kitchen isn't very big & I deffo don't want wood which should keep it cheaper. What I'm really concerned about is the mess they make here?

Snakes, Can you comment on how they were for this aspect? I know that there will be some upheavel & mess but I don't want to buy a new floor or be cleaning the rest of the house all year after they have done it.

Has anyone used Ciddi Mutfak & are they tidy too. More recommendations would be welcome for other kitchen fitting outlets too please.

Hi Tony. Personally I don't want wood or even wood effect laminate. You mention carpenters. Do you only do wood or MDF?

Interested to know what fabric you wish doors to be made of, as most bespoke kitchens are made of wood or mdf finished in some way , personally like the gloss 'hard baked' finishes. Can reccommend local cabinet maker who has extensive workshops and has all the latest materials from Turkey . Obviously his luxury kitchens can include granite, marble or composite worktops.

scruff message4 !the kitchen was fitted before we moved in so there was a certain amount of dust evident ! since having our kitchen done we met sam from kitchens R us as mentioned on this thread ! he did other work for us and was great ! he is at mo fitting out his new showroom which would be worth a visit and the nice thing about sam is he talks straight and how it is ! (if you can stop him ha ha ) well worth a try ! he is in UK until next sunday !
