Could someone let me have e-mail or fax details for Cenak please.



I'm sure i've seen it somewhere on the board but i'm panicking a bit now. Is there a statute of limitation on us suing builder Apartment is complete, but charge put on property (before the registry came in) so no deeds for us. (we bought in 2004) One of the other buyers was taking builder to court but after 3 years has now settled out of court by accepting refund of purchase price. This stops that action so our advocacte says we now need to act 'urgently' which is rather worrying and very difficult while in UK
