Want to make a curd tart is there any place that sells cheese curd, if not, does anyone know a good substitute for it.

You will find it at Lambousa market, i think it is lemon curd or lemon cheese.

I probably did,nt make myself very clear its a dry cheese that is made from goats milk I think,, not the lemon curd or lemon cheese and it is called curd cheese thanks anyway Bob

Try the big Tempo Lapta Road they do all sorts of cheeses feel sure they will have it

TopTen, I believe its curded cheese, if it is the same thing I am thinking, it is very thick cream, something between a butter and double cream. Most closest thing to that is called Kaymak. (not Kaymak oil though), in big markets usually placed around milk, cheese butter section.
