| Want to make a curd tart is there any place that sells cheese curd, if not, does anyone know a good substitute for it. Thanks Ken |

| Bob I probably did,nt make myself very clear its a dry cheese that is made from goats milk I think,, not the lemon curd or lemon cheese and it is called curd cheese thanks anyway Bob |

| TopTen, I believe its curded cheese, if it is the same thing I am thinking, it is very thick cream, something between a butter and double cream. Most closest thing to that is called Kaymak. (not Kaymak oil though), in big markets usually placed around milk, cheese butter section. |
