I want to sell my property. I paid VAT already to the vendor but I haven't got a title deed yet.



However, I was told by a legal adviser that a new potential purchaser will have to pay VAT on my property again unless my vendor cancel my VAT invoice and re issue another VAT invoice with a new purchaser.







Do you have same experience like this?



Any advice would be appreciated.

Try to contact Elko1 he is the best man to advise you of this. Seems a bit odd KDV having to be paid twice, unless your vendor still has the cash!
