Having just collected my Tastes of Cyprus Cookery Book I have to say to anyone who has not ordered one then you MUST! What a gem this book is.......beautifully put together with 231 tried and tested recipes....all the recipes are in English and Turkish and I cannot wait to get started. Well done to everyone who was involved in this edition and thank you for introducing us to the Cypriot cuisine.

i know mine is reserved, but i dont know when i am getting it.....



And she wont tell me, its either my birthday present or xmas present is all she will say....

We picked up a copy this afternoon too and may well buy some more - they will make anyone who is interested in Cypriot cuisine an excellent present. Can't wait to try making olive bread.

Agree withmessage 1 wholeheartendly - copies have already gone off to UK as present for my daughters in law and hope they will get working onthem for when I visit!!
