Is it possible to buy a vehicle on behalf of someone else ie. say as an agent. My friend has put a holding deposit on a car but as the seller leaves Cyprus before friend comes back here can I do the neccessary admin for him. I have copies of his passport and I am aware I need to see Muktah and seller and buyer fill in form for transfer so my questions are:



1. Is it possible to act as agent for buyer.





2. Is it the same form for buyer and seller which needs to be filled in.



3. Do I get forms from Police Station or Tax office



4. Do both seller and buyer or in this case agent take forms to Muktah to check etc.









5. Can it all be processed here in Girne or do we go to Lefkosia and if so where??
