I have been seeing an advert for these people for a few weeks now and recently rang them up, there would be no communication problems as they appear to be English.

Has anyone used this set up?

How is their after sales service?

Are they quick to respond if you encounter any internet problems?

Am I better dealing with these people or Extend direct?

Any feedback would be gratefully accepted.

I have been with Extend from it's start about 6 years ago when it was called Izanet.

The problems I have had have been minor and the after sales service has been good.

Any problem that causes you to lose your internet service was deducted from your payments.

Scoobydoo if you are talking about Paul & Gwynne as the extend agents then yes they are excellent when problems arise. We can't fault them at all. Excellent service and contactable unlike the main extend numbers where you hang on and on and..........................................

Smithy...ring Gwyn and she will advise you as Gwyn and Paul are the customer service advisers for the English customers of Extend. You should get an answer even though it is Sunday.

Thanks for the feedback, yes I did speak to Gwyn and she seemed very helpful but i was a little wary of falling into the trap of 'maybe' going with them just because they are English.

Scooby - at least they understand you when you ring! Gwyn has actually sat at her phone and her computer talkking me through things I cant do/understand, never mind the help and feedback everytime Extend goes down - they let you know so you arent blaming all and sundry/the computer/the electricity/Turkeyetc etc

Yes, agree. We use Gwyn and Paul all the time. They always answer the phone even at the weekends. Excellent service and whenever I have rang them have sorted the problem out most of the time without them having to ring Extend apart from when it was my dish on the roof that had blown. Extend came and fixed it within a day because Gwyn sorted it out for us.

Thank you mamachina and happyhere for the positive feedback. As I said previously i didn't want to go to them 'just because they are English' and because of the ease of understanding each other if/when there is a problem, I wanted to go to them because they are good and reliable, which according to those members who have responded, they seem to fit the bill!

I also really DID NOT want to pay for one year upfront (as I have done with Dopi and Turkcell) then be severely disappointed with their service or they move the goalposts and we are basically stuffed until our contract finishes one year later.

Would any of you live between Catalkoy and Ozankoy (on the mountainside)?

Is the reception good for Extend in this area?

Yes Extend is fine in Catalkoy or Ozankoy mountainside. We have an excellent connection with Extend. We use Gwyn all the time to sort out our problems. Sorry late replying. Just got back from uk and catching up on Cyprus44.
