I'm pleased and proud to show you all that the Dutch NOS Journaal (comparable with the quality of BBC News) finally has seen the light. In radio and TV reports on Friday, December 11, 2009, reporter Bram Vermeulen (based in Istanbul) called the leader of the Turkish Cypriots, Mr. Ali Mehmet Talat, in an interview by his official title: President Talat. P.S. Next time call this country also by its official name: "Turkse Republiek Noord-Cyprus", please.

After 15 views of this message I could check that only 5 viewers bothered to view the picture I linked to: http://is.gd/5lEWc

May I ask why some viewers of the text were not interested in the picture? Text not interesting enough? Not interested in the picture? Didn't you understand how to view the picture? Didn't you trust this shortened link? (pointing to http://www.allcrusades.com/BB_pics/NOS_Journaal_President_Talat.jpg )? Or is there another reason?

Please give your reason(s) for NOT viewing the picture. Thanks.

People who want to see the picture can send me an email with "Talat pic" in the subject or body text - they'll get an automated reply with the picture.

=> The super-imposted title says in Dutch: "Turkse Republiek Cyprus" which is in English: "Turkish Republic of Cyprus". I have emailed my colleagues at the Dutch news channel: "Next time also use the right name for TRNC, which is "Turkse Republiek Noord-Cyprus"." Hope they will remember... (Also see my P.S. in msg 1).
