| Thanks for this post, Moover321! I followed the link and stepped in this unimaginable world around and above us. I'll be watching tonight, although I'm not sure yet where to look. Is someone going to photograph this phenomenon?
Maybe others are also interested: could someone here in TRNC organise an evening to explain which stars we actually see here? I have no idea. If so: count me in! |

| Too much cloud over the Forest of Dean - could not see it I even tried at about 05.00 UK.

| Didn't see the meteors - too cloudy in Newcastle but the planetarium download will be great when we come out to Cyprus and are arguing about what we are looking at. May even be able to do better than my daughter who has a degree in physics with astro-physics. That would make my day!! |

| Spud50 - Sorry about the clouds in Newcastle - but you and your daughter will have a field day (night) here in May - the sky is simply amazing and if you come with a telescope I think you might have a hard time leaving Northern Cyprus |
