The type of title deed will make a difference. If you want a property that has a better chance of ever belonging to you choose Pre-74 Turkish or foreign.

Hello crystalagent, thanks for your offer of £95,000 bungalow in Esentepe, but as my posting reads renovation property wanted, plus two donums would mean a second person on the deeds.

I know of a renovation project in the centre of Alsancak which consists of three properties and standing on 1 donum of exchange land. The main house could be made habitable with some small works. The title deeds have been merged into one deed so could be made into a large property. The deeds are in the name of an Irish lady. I think it is for sale at around £70k but would have to confirm this.
