Hi I think its time Pearl Bay owners should get togther. After such a long wait it seems that Pearl Bay(PB) is nearly ready-Im not too sure what the defanition of ready is!!! I have been reading all information on this site and getting totally mixed up with all the abreviations, where to go and what to do.

Im over on 16th of Aug for 2 weeks, but have just recieved email to say snagging is due and payment by 5th June, leaving me 1 week to sort things out before final payment.

Do I. Pay independant company to do snagging and then pay develper

Or as above and pay when im over in Aug

Also Electric/Water meter connection fee, should I just pay this bill and keep stum or argue with developer
