You have to be resident in a European country - we played the euro once or twice online, but after ready the terms and conditions it deffinately says you have to be resident. So if you are a UK citizen, but permenantly reside in non-EU country, i think you may be out of luck. Maybe they wont check for small amounts, but you would be gutted if you won the big one and they didn't give it to you!!!
