Avoid Ayia Napa in South Cyprus

Just back from a trip over to the (GC) South. Ayia Napa roads are all up again, absolute chaos along Nissi Avenue and the Harbour Roads, and you cannot enter or exit Nissi Avenu from the Harbour/Square area.

At least they are trying to do something with the roads at Aya Napa and you can be fairly certain that when they are done they will be of a decent quality. Can't say the same for this side. Road repairs seem to last for a couple of months then you are back to the same old potholes, collapsed sections of roads etc. On the way to Metehan last night I thought that my suspension was going to pack in - the roads around there are dreadful !!
