That;s a fair price. I paid 150 for 1 ton but it's good stuff, olive and almond wood, and the seller is a friend who looks after the villa and shows me around.

From what i've read in your posts, you would be better

setting light to your house & going back to the UK then applying for

aslyum status ( 3 bed house ) ect

DD,

Just a note to say the logs arrived this evening, slight ball* up on the timing but we sorted that. Nice mixture of citrus and eucalyptus (type) all cut to handy burning size, deal as promised delivered to Bahceli at 3ton = 300TL.

nice one and thank you.

PS......And for all the cynics out there who think nothing in the TRNC can ever be good or match up to UK....... I have no connection with the firm concerned... don't get a kickback....posting made without prejudice.....no liability accepted... everything disclaimed and Merry Christmas to the lot of you!...and I will be at Hoots Ilgaz for the open mic nite tonite and to sign autographs. lol

Thanks DD, just received my wood in Tatlisu, like Elkiton arrived later than was told but no problem. 3t =300 tl although I gave a little extra towards the his fuel costs, he did not ask for more but to bring it from Guzelyurt and not charge delivery did seem a little unfair.

Hey! I know this may be a stupid question but... When you buy that much wood - where do you guys keep it all?! We need wood but are not sure where we can put it...? Don't have a garage or shed...? Any suggestions!?

You could buy a car cover or tapaulin (spelling)? You are right though it is difficult to keep it all under cover, at least a ton will go on the log burner between now and the end of Feb though!

Stockie

1 ton between now and the end of Feb, may as well sit in front of a candle. Joking aside how do you use such a small amount, have you a cast iron fire or a small property?

Are you Steve that is frightened of spiders in the car????

Ok, that was a guess?? Actually we have a really efficient log burner that once it gets going it gets really hot in the lounge, so much so it gets too hot (phew) so i'm sat in me jim jams really toasty, best thing we ever bought.

Tarry, i thought the same!! Anyway, my wood was left out in all the rain we've been haing, and it burned fine, no problems at all...i picked up a bunch of wood chips from the carpenter as kindling, and poof....burned perfectly even though super wet!!

Only new emails, not any of your contacts should go into junk folder unless you have the filter really at a high level.

Even my contacts emails are going to my junk box at the moment. I'm wondering if this has something to do with my recent hacking problem....?
