Don't forgot your dancer, Les Griffiths - marvellous at "dancing on ceiling". What a tolerant wife he must have!

it seems the only difference to the all new time machine is that you now charge 5ytl , at pine bay farm house no charge to see show as long as you buy a drink, granted the show is worth see,ing but for local people how many times do you want to watch . whats the price of you beer

goonerstan:I dont understand how you can say that the only difference with The All New Time Machine is that we now charge 5ytl if you have'nt been down to the Fez to watch the show, maybe if you were to come down and pay your 5ytl and sit at the bar watch the show you will see why the entrance fee to non diners is more than reasonable afterall we ca'nt expect them to perform for nothing don't you agree?.If your interested in the price of our beer why don't you come down and see for yourself and introduce yourself you may find that we are all good people who all get together on a saturday night to enjoy the show and mostly ourselves.Your comments would be appreciated.

I agree Agent71 you must be very tolerant lol.Yes it has to be said and credit where it's due we at the Fez would like to give thanks to Les Griffiths. He is a performer in his own right with his "Dancing on the ceiling" and "Nelly the elephant" to name a few,he never fails to making everyone laugh. He truly is one of a kind.

andy, in reply to your last missive i think maybe you didnt understand , your original thread said the time machine history of music going back from 40,s to present day with costume changes in between , if you read my missive i did state it was worth see,ing but its more for tourist than for local people once seen is enough, i should imagine pine bay/ farm house also had to pay for the act but as i stated there was no charge , no offence intended and efes at 2.5 is great if i lived nearer i would certainly visit but the drive back might prove a tad costly wishing you success for future gooner stan

Surely the only reason bars and restaurants put on live acts is to encourage people to go to the venue and eat and drink. I saw Dave Jackson at the Oleander last night for free, granted I had to pay for my drinks but Riaz puts live music on to attract customers not to have them pay for the entertainment. Perhaps in the future the punters at the Fez will be asked to stump up for the chef's and waiter's wages, after all we can't expect them to do it for nothing!!!!

Tanman You need to compare like with like, i have seen Dave Jackson and he is a very pleasant background singer, the show i saw had incredible light and lasers, sound effects, smoke, three very talented performers, i lost count at the number of costume changes. It really is the most professional presentation on the island,in a different league to anything else i have seen, 5ytl is a bargain.

Haven't been here long but visited the show last week. Very good, we tried to book the week before but it was full so it must be getting a good reception. The female vocalist was exceptional.
