Mick and Paddy are at the airport.

Paddy says "I wish I'd brought the frigging TV"

"Why?" said Mick, "Are you bored?"

Paddy replied "No, the frigging passports are on it!"

Paddy and Mick are hurtling towards the Earth in a biplane when Paddy asks, "If this flips over will we fall out?!"

Mick replies "No mate, we'll always be friends."

Anybody remember the flight from Ercan/Stanstead about this time 23rd December 2006/2007.We got diverted to Gatwick after being delayed out of Ercan for one day. When we landed we sat on the plane for well over an hour.we then waited another hour plus for cases. The passengers did not get brought down from Stanstead and the plane flew back to Turkey EMPTY.Cant blame CTA for the weather but what about those poor soles who wanted their christmas holiday?

Rigsby...i'm quite sure airports and planes do not close for no reason, so wouldn't it be better to have no christmas holiday this year, rather than no christmasses EVER??! I for one would rather miss out on one holiday in place of being around for many more!

You are always taking a risk booking flights from now until February you never know what the weather brings ! DD is quite right it is better to have them grounded than fly and land when the risks are high - as quite rightly said otherwise you may not see another Christmas!! safety first and all that

HAPPY CHRISTMAS wherever you are or end up

daisy dukes,It was because of the snow the plane left Ercan one day late.I still feel sorry for the people left at Stanstead.

Bill, do you know any jokes about stupid Englishmen?

Being a forum admin person you should also stick to the forum rules of ONLY one joke a day, as your petty minded mate, Alsancak jack reminded me recently.

Ps make sure they are jokes....and also funny.

Tiggy

I do not have a problem with multiple jokes within one thread but what I and a lot of other members have a problem with is when most of main page is taken up with Jokes when they could be incorporated into one thread.

Lets remember what this board is primarily about.
