Hi! First post so please bear with me Has anyone heard any more re builders refusing to pay their Capital Gains Tax? Gone back 10 pages and couldn't find a thread and also did a search. Heard rumours about this at a similar time to the registering of contracts with the land registry.

Having read a post elsewhere about the law courts not being able to insist builders give title deeds only an amount of compensation, does anyone know if the builder does not pay his taxes or indeed, there is any other dispute, does each home owner on a complex have to take action against the builder (if necessary) or can a group act as one and the result act as a precedent for the complex?

Just curious how it works if anyone can help please.
