Is it now the solicitor responssibility to deal with the land registry fees,any help on this subject would be great.

Land registry fees can be paid by the following: Purchaser, Solicitor or Estate Agent. the fee is around 50YTL per property and a little extra per title deed of the development.



My apartment was charged at 44.50YTL + another 17YTL for the second title deed, I registered myself at no cost, a solicitor will charge anything between £200 and £350.



It will always be the clients/purchasers responsibility to make sure all taxes and registration are completed on time.
