RE msg 1: If you type " wills download" in the Google Custom Search window, below the Cyprus44 logo at the top of this page, you'll find all you want to know. You can still download a standard will from my server.

RE msg 1: I'll make it easy for you... Click this URL: http://www.allcrusades.com/BB_pics/will_download.zip and the will will be downloaded on your hard disk. I can't send you the password though, because you have opted to hide your email address. Mail me at hansdoeleman@allcrusades.com and I'll mail you the required password to unzip the downloaded will.

Hi Ismet can you please advise us (my husband and myself) if we require to have a Will made in TRNC. We own 1 property outwith Kyrenia. We have the deeds in our possession and both our names are on the deeds.

We also own property in Scotland and have a Will made in Scotland. We each have children from a previous marriage plus a grand daughter and a grandson. If you require any further information please let me know.

Many thanks

I am sure Ismet will reply but the simple answer is yes you will need to make a will in the TRNC.

Elizabeth - You would be well advised to do so.

Why not ask Ismet if his wife can do one for you - her price is reasonable and between them they helped us to create a hopefully watertight will for both myself and my wife. (Ours were complex and had to be addressed more than once and they were done at a price that most Advocats would only do one simple one for.)

Ismet "Everyone is getting philosophical!".....

A boy is about to go on his first date, and is nervous about what to talk about. He asks his father for advice. The father replies: ``My son, there are three subjects that always work. These are food, family, and philosophy.''

The boy picks up his date and they go to a soda fountain. Ice cream sodas in front of them, they stare at each other for a long time, as the boy's nervousness builds. He remembers his father's advice, and chooses the first topic. He asks the girl: ``Do you like potato pancakes?'' She says ``No,'' and the silence returns.

After a few more uncomfortable minutes, the boy thinks of his father's suggestion and turns to the second item on the list. He asks, ``Do you have a brother?'' Again, the girl says ``No'' and there is silence once again.

The boy then plays his last card. He thinks of his father's advice and asks the girl the following question: ``If you had a brother, would he like potato pancakes?''

Can anyone please send us a Will template urgently as we fly out tomorrow. We would be very grateful for any help we receive.

We will have one executor and on the death of the second spouse there would be 5 beneficiaries with different levels of percentage shares. If this is too complicated we would leave everything to 1 beneficiary who is also the executor who would then follow our british will to divide the will as per our wishes.

many thanks

I too would like a will template - i have tried to open the link that DC refers to but it is an "Ooops this link appears to be broken" page !!! The one on HBPG appears as though the wording does not read correctly (eg testamentary -sole Executrix -whereof I have hereunto set my hand ). Maybe it is due to the translation and "old script" - is it ok to use it or is there an alternative template ?

Thanks
