hi chris

if you take a look at the freeview subject everything is explained, if you dont unerstand it ill break it down in a nutshell

you will need a dish pointed at hotbird (name of satalitte) you will need a receiver go for the next ye2000cx super plus or the ye2000fta once you have bought all of this from tectan in girne centre then get in contact with me and i provide a service where i unlock bbc prime aswell as 4 other bbc channels and loads more film channels, music and loads more other channels, this is done by me sending you via msn or skype the software and all you do is transfer this file on to a memory stick which you have inserted in to you usb on yor computer then you take this memory stick out then insert it in to your next box which has a usb port then i guide you thru the setup and procedure to get these channels open

the cost of the setup you will have to find out from tectan or ask dixie normus who just recently bought this system, you have a choice to get another dish which is pointed at nilesat which gives you a further x amount of english programs to

hope this helps and if you need further info please post me

regards

no probs chris

you wont need the second dish for nilesat cos the showtime package is on nilsat anyway so all you will need is another dish for hotbird and a disqeq switch to join the two dishes together to one cable to go in to the back of the receiver, then all you do is buy the next ye2000cx super plus which has a card slot so you can insert your showtime card into the receiver and the receiver you have at the moment put into your bedroom and all you do with this is put a double output lnb (the unit on the dish) and run this cable in to the box you will have in the bedroom and that way you can watch for example eastenders on bbc prime downstairs and your husband can watch show sports upstairs or vica versa

hope this helps

Hi ukturk,

I saw your note to Chris, I think your unlocking service is just what we need. we use HOTBIRD and can only get the scrambled version of BBC Prime, I think a problem would be that our Nokia receiver does not have a USB but a 'Smartcard' reader, the same size as a credit card, how could we write the new software to that?

Regards,

Alan

OR you could just PAY for the legit service....

Guys... the BBC - like all pay tv companies - update their encryption and then - unless you are savvy ( and know where to look) - you have to find UKTurk - or his equiv - to get the new files..

WHAT is wrong with just paying for the service - as intended.. ?
