I would just like to update the callous person who dumped a very young kitten at the top of our road in Lapta.

Just over a week ago early in the morning I heard a pitiful mewing. I came down stairs to find this very tiny kitten on our patio, very distressed. Having hand reared a new born kitten that lived to be 21yrs old, I knew this baby was desperate. My neighbour confirmed that a car had driven by, stopped, opened the door then sped off. So a cardboard box with an old towel for a bed and a little warm milky cereal a few times a day and we soon had her 'treading' and purring. Our neighbours Auntie "loves cats" so they told us. As we were going away for xmas we kept our fingers crossed. We came back last night. We are overjoyed that our little 'poppit' is settled in very nicely with Auntie who has fallen in love with her. So a happy ending I wanted to share with all of you "happy new year everyone and god bless Auntie" x

a kitten is such good company for anyone living on their own, they don't need taking 'walkies' etc. so yes come on 'Aunties' your kitty is waiting for you x
