Starting on Saturday 2nd January at 10am, I will be starting a weekly show on Radio Bayrack called Soul Train. The show is pre-recorded and the playlist is in place for Saturday. If you have any requests for any future show, please post a reply and if I've got it I'll dedicate to you. Music is a mixture of Black American, Tamla and Northern Soul. Tracks played for Saturday are :- 1. Soul Finger 2. Sweet Soul Music 3. In The Midnight Hour 4. Respect 5. Under The Boardwalk 6. I Can't Help Myself 7. Dancing In The Street 8. Sounds good CG - hopefully it will prove successful and be kept on throughout 2010 and beyond.



Have you though about doing a feature on an artist or group 3/4 tracks e.g. Contours, Jackie Wilson, Detroit Spinners in the Tamla /Northern /Philly Soul category.

Happy New Year to your goodself & Maggi. Unfortunately still static on 96.3. I'm assured that the defective part has been ordered, and hopefully it should be fixed early in the new year. As soon as I find out, we'll make arrangements to meet again down in the radio studio, and make arrangements for you and Maggi to get your show going. Serhat (Radio Controller) informs me that it's his intention to get a phone in the studio for audience participation. Lets hope that happens.. Max...

Briggus, once I've done a few shows I'll feature an artist every week (just like Radio ADA). I've plenty of Jackie Wilson, Contours & Detroit Spinners plus many more. Rather than me pick the artist, I'll leave it to any listeners and use this forum for requests. Who would you prefer as the first featured artist(s) JJ Barnes? Keep the faith Max....
