price of airconditioning units

Hi folks,

Looking for some advice realy.

Does anyone know how much it cost's for airconditioning unit's?

We have been quoted £285 for a 9,000 btu and £570 for a 24,000 btu,both unit's are heating/cooling wall mounted with remote control and full 3yr warranty.Not sure if this is expensive,If it is we will purchase from a shop when we come over ourselves.

Any advice would be greatly recieved many thanks.

Here's the photos of the aircon unit for the middle bedroom as fitted by F & J for those wanting something to retreat to from the summer heat. They've managed to fit it on the outside wall rather than have it sitting on the balcony taking up valuable room, cost £240.

Frank fitted 5 in my Karsiyaka house today.

Excellent service and costs are very reasonable.

£570 for 24000btu is about right.

thanks for the post, Just wondered doe's it come with 3yr guarantee?

What size is it? ie 9,000 btu etc.

Yes mine was fitted for £246 and was 9000 btu, you could always email Andrew and ask about the guarantee length.

Thank's for all the help with this folk's,It's looking like we don't have a bad price at all.

However I think we are gonna leave it for now and maybe look at it again in the future if we have some spare cash!

We are coming over on holiday in august and will speak with the contact's you have sent us (above).
