Part of the reason Chris, luckily (in the present UK property market) a lot of clients have managed to sell up back in the UK and have decided to rent a property out here, this gives them the opportunity to shop for furnishing, white goods, car e.t.c But more importantly the client can keep a closer eye on the builder/developer and liaise more with the estate agent and advocate.
