| We live Tatlisu and get really good 3G reception with Telsim. We tried Turkcell first and it wasn't much good but we can skype for hours with no delays or dropped calls since we got Telsim - and it's cheaper!!! The good thing is that the service carries on even in high winds and thunder storms that knock out Extend. I did have to do a manual search to find the best connection but after a couple of times on line it now always defaults to that. Hope thisis of help. |

| Telsim has a sliding scale of charges starting (I think) at 19TL for 500mb to 69TL for 5GB. The 3gb and 5gb come with a package that if you buy the 12 month you get the modem free, otherwise you can buy monthly and buy the modem for 129TL. I'm pretty sure these prices are still the same but if you go into any telsim shop they're erally helpful. We went through the Lefkosa branch and they were brilliant when our modem went wrong. We went for the 3gb last march and are still using it despite downloading some music and a couple of movies and we're on linr quite a lot during the day and night (we didn't realise about the useage thing and left it on line while we watched DVDs!) |
