Just to clarify on my thread regarding maintainance of your pools,we are not just taking 12 month up front payments, its your choice how you can pay for the maintainance of your pool 3 month.6 month.12 month,in advance,or if you wish standing order monthly from your bank account if you live in the UK and want to pay into a UK account.the choice is your own.

well done and not before time.

a company really offering somthing a little better than all the others.

Money back guarantee on remaining months? is this a joke? no 1 in cyprus gives money back, you must be barking mad.your not a ex builder turned pool cleaner then?

well if what your writing is correct well done, photos of the pool, how will i know its my pool?

seems you are trying to set a standard will all others follow your practice.

any clues to your costs for a 8x4 and a 10x5 will you only be useing zerochlor in the pools?

is 3 months your min contract?

what is sunset club lapta? what is the idea of the membership there?what do we get for our free membership and what goes on there? is it a disco club?

Money back guarantee on remaining months? is this a joke? of course its not a joke, some 1 has to set a standard if the customer is not happy with your work.why not return the remaining months of the maintainance if the customer has paid 12 month in advance, with zerochlor and splash pools you are not tied to a contract,if you are not happy with my work, say good bye to me,if im not happy doing your pool, you can also have your money back and find some 1 who you are happy with, its a 2 way road,i feel its the best way.

How will you know if its your pool,Well im sure you know your own pool or you have something there in or near your pool that can be included in the photo of the pool, maybe your friends elephant having a little drink from your pool while your in England!

seems you are trying to set a standard will all others follow your practice. Yes,well some 1 has to set a standard and with zerochlor it comes as Standard, pools cleaned the way they should be,THE ZEROCHLOR WAY.

COSTS.now this is the interesting part.a 8x4 overflow pool will be around £50 to £55 per month depending on where you are east of girne.

A 10x5 will be around £55 to £60 per month, depending on where you are east of girne.

A Zerochlor pool at around the same cost as a chlorinated pool.good value me thinks!!

3 months would be a min time that i would take on your pool for.

sunset beach club lapta is a fun place in the summer to go and relax.right on the beach front, nice friendly bar, food, swimming pool.

your family membership which is free if you take a 12 month pool maintainance with us give you 10% discount on meals and drink and also use of the swimming pool and whatever else might be going on there at the time .

it is not a disco club, but the place does have entertainment through out the summer months.

If you have any more questions, please give us a call,im more than sure we can help.

Hi Ridle. message 8

Sorry to say we are not taking on any commercial or communal pools

my reasons for this is that they are so time comsuming and also there are a few good companies out there that are geared up for the big commercial pools, where as at the moment i am not really geared up for the big pools over 10x5 lets say, maybe in the future, who knows! At the moment i want to just concentrate on the private sector, private pools.

But by all means if you wish to purchase zerochlor and ask your present cleaners to use it , your more than welcome to buy your products from me .

But if you are not happy at the moment, maybe i can point you in the right direction of a reliable company,if that is the reason for you asking me your question.

Why are you quoting your prices in pounds ?

The legal currency of the TRNC is Turkish liras.

message 22 exnavalperson: I Quote in sterling because i buy my products in $ and the currency exchange fluctuation is always changing,so i keep my product at a fixed sterling price,if you own a house here or rent a house here, did you pay for it in the legal TRNC turkish liras or did you pay for it in sterling?or if you are renting was the rental asked for the property in turkish lire or sterling?

Zerochlor Msg 23

Thank you f or your answer. To reply to your queries, Yes I did pay for my house, car, furniture and anything else you can think of in TL as I am under the impression that TL is the only legal currency of the TRNC.

Hi Zero, our pool has been turned off for the winter and is starting to go green now. What I am looking for is to have the water pumped out and have the pool overhauled, tiles cleaned, balance tank resealed, any grouting fixed, lights checked (two not working but one is defo the transformer) sand changed. Basically a re-commission I guess. Then re-filled with fresh water & Zerochlor added. Then a monthly contract using Zerochlor. It's slightly larger than a 10x5 (got a round end) Is this something you (or splash) can do and what sort of money are we talking? The pools in Lapta.

Thanks & regards

John.

Hi John. Yes it is something we would take on board, lapta area is coverd by splash pools. Here is splash pools phone number/unn,05338654959

have you already got a company to quote you for the work you are looking to be carried out?

Hi Zero, have had a couple of people to cost it up but would rather have the continuity of someone doing it up front and then the ongoing maintenance (depending on cost of course) That way they can't blame anybody else if it goes wrong...LOL

The pool being turned off was on purpose as we had this work in mind at the end of last summer. Up until then the pool had very little problems thankfully.

Will call Unn next week.

What kind of time should we leave the balance tank dry for before re-sealing it and what would you recommend sealing it with? Also should we put sand or Zeolite in or does it not affect Zerochlor?

Thanks & regards

John.

Hi John.

There are quite a few good sealing solutions for your blance tank, some customers i know have tiled there balance tank,a friend of mine in the UK used this product and im trying to find out if it is on sale here or in the south BITUMSEAL FLEX. http://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=cache:Ew_f_15lahcJ:bitum.com/Bitum07/SendFile.asp%3FDBID%3D1%26LNGID%3D1%26GID%3D502+sealing+balance+tanks&hl=en&gl=uk&sig=AHIEtbSoUHlUZZbRqIhxqbk_17o7b6zFxg

But again i suppose it depends on how deep your pockets are and how much you wish to spend!

I think your correct in your thoughts about keeping everything in house, then they can be no excuses as all will have been done by the same company, unn at spalsh pools is very capable of all the work you need doing.

Well good question Melanie

Are you a zerochlor customer?

Im sure you know the disadvantages of useing zerochlor if you use it!

i forgot 1 customers name who wrote on the forum the only disadvantage of useing zerochlo is that he had a little more time on his hands as he looked after his own pool and since useing zerochlor he says he doesnt clean his pool as much so the disadvantage was he was useing a little more G&T or was it VAT,But anyway on a serious note, theres no disadvantages. unless they put the price of Gin or Vodka up!

No i also cant see why all pool owners are not useing zerochlor, after all the price is pretty much the same as chlorinating your pool.

Maybe this year will see a big increase in the number of zerochlor pools.

And on that note il wish you all

Happy chlorine free swimming folks!

ZC, I am on a site with a communal pool. I also use a local hotel for swimming, the high chlorine content is causing ear infections, red eyes and swimsuit rot. Please contact the Mercure and suggest they use your product.

Hi Pogle. i am aware of all the side effects of chlorine and the amount of chlorine that some of the big commercial pools are useing to keep the pools looking beautiful to the eye,but that is all they look,(beautiful) ive walked passed some of the bigger hotel pools and the gas comming off some of the chlorinated pools is so strong it takes your breath away.

To be honest i am not in a position at the moment to take on any large commercial pools,my pool cleaning experience isnt up to that level just yet, maybe in the future. At the moment i want to concentrate on the private pools, But there is nothing stopping them buying my product and there regular pool cleaning company useing my products on there pool.

Ask all the residents on your site to ask the pool company who look after your pool to change from chlorine to zerochlor if you are not happy with chlorine being used,if they tell you its to expensive, that really isnt the case.

Hello stan.you can change over to zerochlor if you wish with no fuss or bother. All what you have in your pump room at present is ok to use with zerochlor, everything is just the same.the only thing you now need if you wish to swap over is my products.

Your filter system will be fine.might be a good idea to check your sand level if you havent already.

If you wish anything explaining in more detail after reading my website, please call in the shop and il be more than happy to explain all step by step if you wish.
