Hi, thinking of starting up a car boot sale near Tatlisu, can you just start one up or do you have to get permission from anyone. Have sorted out a venue. Also anyone out there who would be interested in having stalls? thinking of charging 10tl for stalls with the money going to Tatlisu School.
