I would think that once (i hope ) a solution is reached over the Cyprus problem,the rules will be relaxed as regards buying near a army base,especially as any deal will mean just a few hundred soldiers left in the north.

So would I, maybe because I've been refused permission due to I think being close to an army base. Trouble is I don't hold out much hope for a solution, appears to be too many vested political & financial interests to maintain status quo.
